Maryland State Work Permits

Students may download the Work Permit Form using the link on this page.  The student, the employer, and a parent must complete and sign the form.  You must then visit www.dllr.state.md.us/labor/empm.shtml and follow the directions to create an account, fill our the application online, and print a receipt.  Students may then bring the original signed form and the receipt to the guidance secretary in the counseling center and they will issue the signed work permit.

Changes in Schedule

Schedule Change Request Form

Requests for schedule changes will be honored only under extenuating circumstances such as:

- The course has already been passed

- I am a senior and I need the course to graduate

- This is a requirement for graduation

- Program of study area error (i.e. IB, CTE, CVPA, etc...)
