Special Note: All supplies must be labeled with student first and last names, using a permanent marker. For students in grades 4 -5, all notebooks and pocket folders should also be labeled with the subject that the notebook/journal will be assigned to. It is requested that parents/guardians check student school supplies weekly and replenish items as needed.
