POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Technology Operations, the incumbent of this position supports Oracle Identity Management (OIM) administration; provides security administration for Oracle E-Business Suite, Harris SchoolMAX Student Information System and Enterprise Data Warehouse; oversees administration of district’s Email systems including Google Apps and MS Exchange; and supports administration of Active Directory. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for strategic planning of access management for various constituents that are both internal and external to the system. The work involves coordinating with business users and database/middleware administrators in defining, implementing and maintaining OIM provisioning connectors & workflows; securing the enterprise applications using appropriate role/responsibility based security; managing the district’s Google Apps environment and supporting various security audits and investigation. The position requires excellent communication skills, ability to work in teams, and extensive hands-on experience working with products including Oracle Identity & Access Management, E-Business Suite, WebLogic and Microsoft Active Directory.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead
and mentor a team of system administrators responsible for enterprise
applications including, but not limited to, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS),
Harris SchoolMAX Student Information System (SIS), Enterprise Data Warehouse
(EDW) and Microsoft Active Directory; Working
with business users & IT administrators, develop and document appropriate
standards and access policies for enterprise applications; Create
and provide reports for periodic statutory audits and investigation; respond to
inquiries involving systems access and email communication; Design,
implementation and maintenance of OIM provisioning connectors & approval
workflows for various enterprise systems, based on Oracle EBS (employee
onboarding) and SIS (student onboarding) systems; Provide
OIM application management support including managing reconciliation events,
scheduled tasks, notification templates, system properties, etc.; as well as,
configuration of user attributes, password policies and identity/resources; Analyze
and resolve complex authentication, integration, and automation issues; Support
Oracle EBS environment in the areas of
(1) User Management based on the function and data security models; and (2) Configuration Management with respect
to Profiles, Concurrent requests, OA Framework and Forms personalization; Work
with Oracle EBS business users and develop a roadmap for conversion from
Responsibility based model to a Role Based Access Control model of various
modules; Manage
various Google Apps services implemented, including but not limited to, Gmail,
Google+, Calendar, Drive & Docs, Groups and Sites; Administer users and
organizations; Configure/maintain security and authentication; provide support
for mobile access to Google Apps; Support
Active Directory administration, managing organizations, groups and users; Escalate
incidents to appropriate vendors and/or internal personnel in accordance with
our support team standards; and Provide 24/7 on call support for the various
enterprise systems, and be able to respond to emergency situations in an
effective and efficient manner. Perform related work as required.
QUALIFICATIONS Extensive,
hands-on experience in Oracle Identity & Access Management suite
application administration and Oracle E-Business Suite R12 security
administration required; Proven
experience in administering very large Google Apps environments required; Expert
level knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration in a large scale
network environment, and Active Directory management & troubleshooting
required; and Very
good knowledge of networking and experience troubleshooting various network connectivity
problems is highly desirable.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related field with at least six (6) years of technical experience involving domain administration, email administration; Oracle Identity & Access Management and Oracle E-Business security; or any equivalent combination of demonstrated experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Oracle E-Business Suite R12 System Administrator Certified Expert - Certification preferred; and Oracle Identity Manager 11g Certified Implementation Specialist - Certification preferred.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No direct supervisory responsibilities.
